South Gate Car Wash

This place is a gold mine being left to rot. I don't understand it If they would just fix the place up to being at least functional it would have a crowd every weekend

Went to the second bay to the left of the blue door. There was no cone present, so I assumed the unit was functional. After placing $3 of quarters in the system and activating the high pressure wash setting, liquid shot out of the top of the line at the ceiling. Nothing came out of the hose. There was no attendant present nor was there a number to call for issues like this. Very aggravating to say the least.

I was detailing the bed of my truck. There was small debris and metal from the scrapping that I do. I had full intentions on cleaning up after myself because leaving that kid of mess is just rude. I had sprayed and scrubbed the bed and wasn't even finished with the rest of my truck when an attendant came over screaming (I didn't have a chance to get his name) that I'm so rude and disrespectful how dare i. I said what are you talking about and he gestured told the ground. He then proceeded to shut off my machine (while still yelling)and told me that it's common sense and that he would never go do something like this at someone else job.im completely confused we are at a self service car wash and hadn't even done anything wrong. I was not able to finish my truck or clean my mess now. I told him I didn't understand and I'm sorry he was having a bad day and he throw some quarters on the cement counter and told me I'm done I have to leave and I'm banned for life. Worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere in my life!!!

The city should fine this business. There is literally trash all over. Drove passed today 11/23/21 and it looks absolutely disgusting.

I just washed my vehicle at this location and when I was cleaning out my trunk I had 2 bad tires that I just had replaced so I took them out of my car to clean and got accused and bad mouthed by some fat as claiming to be the owner.. needless to say I would recommend elsewhere.. not to mention all of his settings don't work.. this owner is a real P.O.S.
